Room 223, Monday Afternoon
Natalie had basically been a shut-in for the weekend. No real reason, except to maybe safeguard against any whims the island might have. The previous one had taken a lot out of her, after all, as much as she was not trying to think about it.
The best way to do that was by concentrating on the present, and Natalie was currently doing that by going back to her research into things to help with the sleeping situation if she and Sam ever got around to getting a shared room. So far, the results hadn't been that encouraging, what with everything turning up useless or probably lethal to her. She wasn't going to be giving up yet, though.
So today, she was sitting by her desk, searching the internet for various little occult and pagan stores around Maryland. (And yes, Jace, she was wondering whether all of these places were safe to go ask after things like this at.) Maybe it was time to take the search off the island.
