Room 227, Friday Afternoon
It had officially been pretty much a week since Sam had taken off. Natalie was not happy. But she continued to deal with it through productivity. At this current moment, that productivity was being channeled towards using the multiversal internet to pull up everything relevant there was to find about Madagascar in Peter's time. She liked being informed.
And also, it was starting to look like she was going to have another weekend to fill up with something other than worrying and going across the hall to get her brain turned off for brief moments of time. So, she'd take all the reading material she could get.
Her door was open, and Moxy was wandering the hallway outside. Maybe even he was getting tired of Natalie's mood.

"Afternoon, sunshine," he called.

Not that you could tell from her barely glancing back at him from her desk and laptop, greeting him back dryly with an, "Afternoon, light of my life."

The open tab was a rundown of the recent history of Madagascar in his time. "Just getting to grips with where they're at."

Eloquently said.

There wasn't any warning this time. No weird feelings. No... anything.
There was just a floop. And then there was a fox.

"I see Fandom's trying to be funny again."

"Hey, I'm not thrilled about this either," she told him. "Taking care of easily irritated foxes is not my favourite pastime."
Though it would be another distraction.

Ha. Suits you right.

Yeah, this was going to be great.

And Moxy was not going to be pleased.

"I see."
He was just lucky she wasn't the type to start putting ribbons on him.
